Company Incorporation

To incorporate a company.

Bookkeeping
We do your monthly books - you simply post us all of your receipts and sales invoices.

Additional P11D return
Each year you need to file a P11D for each director - one is included in The 123 Way.

Additional staff on payroll
If you take on staff there is an additional fee of £5.00 per member of staff per month to prepare their payroll.

Advice at your home / office
We can come to you to provide tailored in person advice - advice over the phone or by email will always be included in The 123 Way as standard at no extra charge.

Tenant reference
Reference for a letting agent or landlord.

Employment reference
If you need a reference for a permanent job.

Mortgage reference
Taking out a mortgage - we’re happy to give you a reference.

Closing down your Ltd Company
If you decide that you no longer need your Ltd Company then we can close it down for you.

Dormant accounts
If you take a break from contracting we can prepare your dormant company accounts.
