At 123 Contracting we have a simple idea and an even simpler system.

We know that our clients become contractors, freelancers and consultants because they want to earn more money, they want to have more control over their working life - the hours they do, who they work for, where they work - does this sound familiar to you?

Our clients did not start contracting because they wanted to spend hours every month doing their accounts, filling in forms, stressed out about how to reduce their tax bill or if they've missed a deadline and might get fined, therefore we have designed The 123 Way to be completely comprehensive.

The 123 Way:

Business Structure Review - Review your current set up and ensure you are contracting in the most appropriate way for your needs. If it is your first time contracting, we will review your individual circumstances and set you up so that you are contracting and freelancing in the best possible way for you.

Monthly bookkeeping - we do not use online accounting software as it is designed for accountants and not for the people who actually have to use it. We have our own very easy-to-use system that works in Microsoft Excel and will take you 15 minutes a month to fill in and email to us - that's all you have to do, 15 minutes a month. Plus we're on the end of a phone if you have any questions.

We will then complete the following for you:
- Year end accounts- Corporation tax return (Ltd Co. structure only)- Payroll bureau- Dividend administration (Ltd Co. structure only)- HMRC compliance- Companies House compliance (Ltd Co. structure only)- Completion of VAT returns- Completion of Annual return (Ltd Co. structure only)

You also have unlimited telephone and email access to us - any time you have a question or you're unsure of something; you can call or email us - you have your very own personal adviser by yourside
