Accountant's reference

Friday 16th October 2015

Recently we have had a few clients that have moved to 123 Contracting from other accountancy firms, require references for renting a new flat or starting a new contract with a new client. Each of these client's was shocked to hear that we do not charge an additional fee for providing these references.

As accountants we get asked every day for references for clients. These references are usually requested from estate agents or letting agents and are part of the tenancy agreement process when a client is renting a new flat or the reference request will be from a business looking to take on one of our clients as a freelancer.

You can be assured that we will not release any information without first contacting you to request your authority to do so.

You can also be assured that we turn this work around very quickly - moving house or starting a new contract can be stressful enough so we like to help it run as smoothly as possible.

Finally, unlike many other firms we do not charge anything for providing a reference - all part of The 123 Way.
