Mortgage rates thought to be increasing soon

If you have been thinking about buying a house or flat but have not got around to looking into a mortgage or if you need to remortgage then now is the time to do so.

It is widely believed that the very cheapest mortgage deals will be ending in the coming weeks and the Bank of England has hinted that they expect an interest rate rise around the turn of the year.

Now is the time to act so you can lock in a great rate and not be badly effected by any rises.
