New tax dog and our service record over the last year

Monday 15th September 2014

As many of our clients know, here at 123 Contracting we have a 4 year old Springer Spaniel called Archie who keeps everyone entertained during the day. He even features on our 123 Contracting website helping to show potential new clients that we are a personal company offering old fashioned values focused on service, service and more service.

In the last year we have lost only one client to a different accountancy firm whilst gaining more than 100 who are fed up with bad service, bad communication, high fees and complicated explanations that don't make any sense.

Almost all of these clients moving from other accountancy firms have come to us through referrals by current clients.

Obviously we are doing something right, loose 1 client and gain over 100 from current happy clients. This makes us very happy so a big thank you to everyone who has referred a client or more to us in the last year.

So what is new with us:

We have a new office dog! George has arrived and when he is not sleeping or chasing Archie, he is helping to seek out any new tax planning tips that we can offer to our clients. In the picture above he is relaxing on a hot water bottle in front of the Aga after a particularly long and wet walk.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind all our clients that we develop and improve our service by getting feedback from our clients. If there is a specific tool or calculator you would like us to add to the 123Books bookkeeping spreadsheet or to our website then just drop Christopher an email on chris@123contracting.co.uk and we'll be happy to see what we can do.

Finally remember we give a free 1 hour consultation to all new clients so if you have any friends or colleagues that we could assist and help to show them the way accountancy and tax should be done, please simply pass on our details and get them to give us a call or drop us an email. Contact us.
