Registered Office and Director's Service Address

Friday 15th May 2015

In recent months we have seen a large rise in the number of clients enquiring about how they can decrease the amount of personal data that is in the public domain.

One of the key issues is a client's address.

Companies House has to hold a legal address on file for your company, this is known as your Registered Office. They also have to hold a legal address for each of the directors of the company, this is the Director's Service Address. Both of these are viewable by any member of the public and a simple Google search into your name may bring up some surprising results.

If you do not want your address to be so freely available then we offer a Registered Office and Director's Service Address. We simply register your company and your service address at our office address.

This is a very common procedure, it helps to protect your identity, your home and has the added benefit that all HMRC and Companies House letters will be sent directly to us to deal with - less scary brown envelopes falling through your letter box.

We charge £75.00 + vat per year for this service and that includes both your Registered Office and up-to two director's service addresses.
